• Each cookie will come individually packaged in a cellophane bag keeping them fresh.
• I will no longer be accepting character themed cookies. I am happy to do sets "inspired by"
• All my cookie designs are hand decorated, some colors may vary slightly from the pictures.
• Payment in full is due when placing your custom cookie order. I accept Zelle,Venmo,Paypal.
• Cookies Orders outside or the Orlando area will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail(1-4 days from the date shipped).
• While we are very careful with our packaging, cookies may break. All shipments are marked "Fragile.”
• We are not responsible for loss or delay by the postal service and no refunds will be given for any of these reasons.

FAQ'S

Q: Can I freeze your cookies?

A: Yes! Cookies can be frozen for months and still taste delicious. Put cookies in airtight container and place in freezer. Pull them out 8-10 hours prior to serving and let them thaw on your counter. Do not open container until thawed.

Q: Can I order without knowing my theme?

A: Yes! I just need to know the date and amount. Theme needs to be decided within 2 weeks of pick up date.

Q: How long do cookies stay fresh?

A: Cookies are heat sealed and stay fresh up to 2 weeks at room temperature. (They can last longer, this is just what i personally prefer with my recipe).​

Q: When do I pay?

A: Payment in full is due when placing your custom cookie order. I accept Zelle,Venmo,Paypal

​Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Canceled orders must be made ONE (1) week before delivery date and incur a 20% cancellation fee (80% of your payment will be returned). No refunds will be provided once work begins on your order.
